WNA Continues to Strengthen Business and Entrepreneurship Offering

West Nottingham Academy is excited to announce another significant enhancement to its academic offering with the addition of Mr. Khalid Malik who will be running the Business Department starting in the 2023/2024 school year.

Mr. Malik brings a wealth of business accomplishments with him, including roles in both Operational and Strategic Management for various globally recognized organizations, as well as serving on the Board of APBF, which is a consultancy firm for international B2B dealings.

As a teacher and lecturer he has taught the Business, Economics and Accounting syllabus (Economics, Accounting, Marketing, and general business practices) to high school, undergraduate students for over 20 years at premier educational institutions globally.

This addition is a testament to the school’s commitment to equipping students with essential skills that will prepare them for success in the ever-evolving global economy.

Recognizing the growing importance of business acumen and innovative thinking, West Nottingham Academy is taking a proactive approach to empower its students with the knowledge and tools required to excel in various professional pursuits. In addition to Mr. Malik’s appointment, the school also introduced the INSPIRE Visiting Scholar and IGNITE Global Mentorship programs earlier this year for its students. Each program offers students the opportunity to engage with global leaders in a multitude of fields through networking sessions, mentorships, and events.
