Director of Athletics
A decorated multi-sport athlete, Leedham competed at Caldwell University, where she played both Division II basketball and tennis for four years. She earned all-conference honors and recognition each year, solidifying her reputation as a standout competitor.
Since taking the helm at West Nottingham, Leedham has transformed the national team, leading them to increased wins each season. In just three years, she has elevated the program to new heights, with the team breaking into the Top 100 national rankings for the first time, reaching as high as 34th. She meticulously curates a high-caliber schedule, ensuring her team consistently competes against top-10 nationally ranked programs and participates in some of the biggest elite exposure events in the country.
Beyond basketball, Leedham has revitalized and expanded the athletic department at West Nottingham. She successfully brought back softball and lacrosse to campus while introducing new sports, including figure skating and boys’ volleyball. The boys’ volleyball team made an immediate impact, finishing as runners-up in the Mid-Atlantic Independent League Championship in Spring 2024 and continuing to grow as a competitive program.
Understanding the importance of career exploration in sports, Leedham also introduced sports media and sports internships as new opportunities for students within the athletic department. These programs allow students to gain hands-on experience by working closely with coaches and staff, helping them explore potential career paths in athletics and sports management.
Beyond her deep basketball IQ, Leedham is also a certified strength and conditioning coach, equipping her players with the physical tools and preparation needed to excel at the collegiate level. Her leadership extends beyond the court—she is a culture-centered coach who prioritizes the personal growth of her athletes, instilling discipline, mental toughness, and life skills that extend far beyond basketball.
Leedham’s impact is undeniable, with over 80+ of her former players advancing to college basketball, including one who competed in the 2024 Olympics. While she is passionate about coaching and developing athletes, she also prides herself on being a devoted mum and role model to her daughters, balancing her career with the values of family, leadership, and personal growth.
