Senior Math Instructor & Internal Relations Specialist
Dr. Martin Dramou is a seasoned educator, higher education leader, and published author with more than 17 years of experience in academia, nonprofit leadership, and international development. He currently serves as President of PATHS University of Africa, where he has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, secured resources for growth, and built partnerships with governments to advance agricultural and educational initiatives across the continent. Previously, he directed Saint Ann Learning Academy in North Carolina, overseeing faculty development, curriculum design, and compliance to ensure academic excellence. A committed scholar, Dr. Dramou has taught mathematics at Johnston Community College, Johnston County Schools, Wilson County Schools, and the University Lansana Conté in Guinea, where he engaged diverse learners and contributed to academic research and publications.
Fluent in English, French, and Kpele, Dr. Dramou brings a global perspective and a passion for cross-cultural collaboration to his work. He holds a Doctor of Education from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s in Mathematics from Gamal University, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, alongside additional studies in curriculum development and teaching. As the author of Cross-Cultural Classroom, he continues to contribute to educational thought leadership while empowering students to succeed through innovative, inclusive, and rigorous learning experiences.
