Coach Gibson is excited to join West Nottingham as the Prep Boys’ Varsity Basketball coach for the 2022-23 season. Prior to coming to West Nottingham Academy, coach Gibson has spent six years coaching in NEPSAC on both the boys and girls side. He was a pivotal part of capturing a NEPSAC Class A championship in the 2019-20 season. Gibson was also proud to serve as the NEPSGBCA Director of communications from 2020-2022. 

Within his coaching tenure, he has coached, recruited, and developed many players who have not only continued their career into college, but are currently playing professionally as well. Throughout both his playing, and coaching experience, Coach Gibson has created a lot of connections, and developed a coaching network far and wide that he is always looking to grow, so that he can enable his players to reach their true potential throughout their time at WNA, and thereafter. Coach Gibson puts a lot of emphasis on player development in many aspects, including on the court, in the classroom, as well as individual growth.
