Admissions Process and Steps to Enrollment

West Nottingham Academy welcomes local students and domestic boarders from across the United States, and international students to apply and enroll at WNA. Below are important dates and the steps for enrolling at West Nottingham Academy depending on the program for which you apply.

Important Dates

  • Shadow Days – Ongoing (Day or overnight visits available)
  • Early Application Deadline – December 15 Early Admission Decision by December 30
  • Standard Application Deadline – January 15 Admissions Decision by January 30
  • Rolling Admissions – February 1, 2025, and onward (As space permits)

Day Students

Welcome to our local students in Cecil and Harford Counties, as well as from surrounding cities in Pennsylvania and Delaware, just a short 15-30 minute drive. Day Students are an important part of the WNA student experience.

Domestic Boaders

Welcome to our students from around the United States. Your presence on campus expands the diversity of the community. There are two options for Domestic Boarders:

5-Day Domestic Boarding
7-Day Domestic Boarding

The Visa I-20 process:

  • If you apply directly through WNA Admissions office, we coordinate the I-20 visa process with you during the application and acceptance process. Documents required:
    • Documents required include a copy of passport pages, completed application
  • If a student comes through a consultant, the consultant manages the Visa process
