Our strength and conditioning program aims to provide the best and most appropriate training experience for the each of our students, while developing personal accountability, toughness, and leadership. These values will be taught through both a mentally and physically challenging process. Students work together to develop their physical performance, confidence, self-esteem, and collaborative skills in a positive atmosphere, where they are encouraged to push themselves out of their comfort zone.
Each of our strength programs are created, and implemented by coaches who hold nationally accredited personal training certifications, and they can tailor each program to be sport-specific, or goal specific. Our programs are very flexible, and utilize both outdoor space, as well as our indoor weight room facilities.
