The India-America Junior College (IAJC) Combined Program lets students complete their Indian schooling and earn an Accredited American Jr. College Certificate at the same time, from their own campus in India.
The program runs alongside your regular board curriculum; it doesn't replace it. Here's the path from enrolling as early as Grade 8 to holding two recognised Jr. College Certificates at graduation.
Join the combined program track at any point from Grade 8 through Class 11, alongside your regular CBSE, ISC, or State Board studies.
Attend accredited US high school coursework in a blended format, taught to the same standard as an accredited school in the United States, alongside your board subjects.
Receive your Indian Senior Secondary Certificate and an Accredited American Jr. College Certificate in the very same year.
Take both credentials into your university applications, in India, the US, or anywhere else you choose to apply.
The program runs fully online, with a workload as light as five hours a week. Students take a minimum of six subjects, chosen from more than 60 subject options, completed over three years and designed to sit alongside your local school commitments rather than compete with them.
Start building a US academic record. Begin developing a GPA aligned with American university standards while adapting to US-style coursework, with support from IAJC faculty.
Deepen your academic profile. Explore real-world work exposure and internship opportunities with partner US universities and institutions, and connect with the wider IAJC student community.
Complete your American Jr. College Certificate requirements. Top-performing students may be invited to visit the partner US campus, attend summer programs, and take part in a formal graduation ceremony.
Every student completes two mandatory subjects, English I and U.S. History, then builds the rest of their schedule from electives across all six areas. Tap a subject area to see the full list.
Full catalogue of 60 subjects. Two are mandatory - choose any 4 electives across 3 years.
Same years of school in India. A different credential to walk away with.
