Whether you’re ready to apply now or exploring a West Nottingham education, our Admissions Team is excited you’re here.
If you experience any questions or challenges throughout the admissions process, please do not hesitate to reach out. For a timely response from a team member, email admissions@wna.org.
Please fill out our simple, online inquiry form to begin the admission process. The form will only take you a few moments to fill out. After completing the inquiry form, you will hear from a member of the admission team who will answer your questions, get to know you, and begin the admissions process.
You can begin the application process by either completing the SAO, which we prefer or filling out the application form and submitting the $75 application fee ($150 for international students).
After completing the application form, you can log back into your admission portal to complete and upload the following items:
Students applying to the Chesapeake Learning Center should upload or email any psychoeducational testing that has been done. Please contact the Admission Office for more information.
International students should plan to submit a DuoLingo (preferred), TOEFL, SSAT (our school code is 8146), iTEP, IELTS score report. One type of English proficiency exam is required as part of the admission process.
The Duolingo English Test can be taken online at any time. It is a fast and inexpensive alternative to other options – it takes approximately 45 minutes and costs $49. The exam uses computer-adaptive technology, meaning that the questions will automatically adapt to each test taker’s ability, generating a different set of questions for every session. It also integrates a video interview and writing sample. The exam requires a supported browser and your computer’s self-facing camera and microphone. The testing session is recorded and verified by a Duolingo proctor, and the results are available within 48 hours.
We hope you consider scheduling a campus visit and seeing West Nottingham in person! We are currently providing tours to serious prospective students and families with strict COVID-19 protocols in place. To schedule a campus visit, click here.
You may begin your application as soon as you have filled out our inquiry form. After you have completed our online questionnaire, you will receive an email with a link to our Admission Portal and your user name. Our application is available on our Admission Portal.
